You may only use SwiftPay if you are legally permitted to form binding contracts under applicable law. You confirm your business or personal operations comply with all laws and regulations, including those relating to payment processing, anti-money laundering (AML), counter-terrorism financing, sanctions, tax compliance, and data protection. SwiftPay reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for failure to meet eligibility criteria.
SwiftPay provides tools for refunds, disputes, and chargeback management. You must resolve disputes with your customers following card network rules and SwiftPay policies. Fees may apply for chargebacks, disputes, or reversals. SwiftPay may withhold funds in high-risk situations or to cover pending disputes. You acknowledge that certain disputes may take time to resolve and agree that SwiftPay is not responsible for delayed resolution due to external parties.
All SwiftPay content, logos, branding, code, APIs, and documentation remain the property of SwiftPay or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for authorized purposes. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without explicit written permission. Any feedback or suggestions you provide become SwiftPay’s property, and you waive any claim to compensation.
SwiftPay implements industry-standard encryption, tokenization, and security practices. You are responsible for compliance with privacy and data protection laws, including GDPR, CCPA, and local regulations, when transmitting data through SwiftPay. SwiftPay cannot guarantee complete protection from unauthorized access, cyber-attacks, or system failures. You agree to maintain secure credentials, enforce strong access policies, and report security incidents immediately.
Some SwiftPay features rely on third-party providers for banking, hosting, analytics, or fraud prevention. SwiftPay is not responsible for third-party failures, delays, or compliance. Agreements with third parties are separate from these Terms.
SwiftPay supports multiple currencies and international transactions. You are responsible for currency conversion, local regulations, and cross-border compliance. Exchange rate differences, delays, or additional fees may apply.
