To support our growing community of developers, merchants, and partners, we’re expanding our Product & Design team with a dedicated Technical Writer who can translate complex systems into clear, accessible, and trustworthy documentation. This role sits at the heart of our product experience. Your words will guide thousands of users as they integrate our payment APIs, explore new features, and troubleshoot issues. The Technical Writer / Documentation Specialist is responsible for building, maintaining, and improving all product documentation across the platform. You’ll work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to understand how thi From API guides and SDK explanations to dashboard tutorials and integration playbooks, you will create a unified documentation ecosystem that feels clean, helpful, and easy to navigate. Your work ensures our users never feel lost.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write  maintain product documentation, API references integration guides, and step-by-step tutorials.
• Update docs for new product releases, UI changes, feature upgrades, and system improvements.
• Collaborate with Designers to ensure copy aligns with UI/UX patterns.
• Create style guides, tone guidelines, terminology rules, and reusable templates.
• Break down complex payment flows, APIs, and backend systems into easy explanations.
• Experience writing technical docs for SaaS, fintech, APIs, developer tools, or platforms.
• Ability to interpret API structures, JSON samples, webhooks, and integration logic.
• Familiarity with Markdown, Git, Swagger/OpenAPI, or documentation frameworks.
• Understanding of payment systems, digital wallets, card processing, or checkout flows.‍

You’ll be the voice that helps developers understand our APIs, the guide merchants rely on during and the architect who reshapes our entire knowledge base with clarity and precision. This role blends writing, product thinking, system understanding, and design collaboration. Your words will be used inside our dashboard, on our developer portal, across integration pages, in SDK docs, and throughout our help center. To make every part of our payment platform clear, discoverable, and easy to understand.

• Skilled at creating layered explanation patterns: simple summary, expanded breakdown, then technical detail.
• Can maintain absolute consistency across hundreds of pages, even with multiple contributors.
• Understanding of endpoint patterns, authentication mechanisms, versioning logic, object models, and rate limits.
• Predict where developers might get confused in asynchronous or callback-based flows.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and how distributed systems communicate.
• Understanding how product teams ship features: discovery, scoping, prototyping, building, QA, and release.
